I was born and raised in southern China in one of the municipalities. Life in Shanghai and Sydney made me receptive to foreign culture while maintaining the traditional Chinese culture of my family. I chose to be a photographer/videographer and film editor after I studied multimedia in High School. I am particularly interested in the concept of Mono no Aware, a specific term in traditional Japanese literature. It is the topic I focused on studying during my Honours year, and I have had the opportunity to create a self-directed project related to it in return.
I have created my unique artistic aesthetics with innovative ideas during my study of Mono no Aware and am willing to use them in my further career. The experience of my two internships allows me to have an in-depth knowledge of this creative industry and gain a great teamwork experience. The use of multiple technical software proficiently and excellent time management skills with my strong work ethic allow me to multitask on several different projects at once. Through my industry experience, I thrive on creative challenges and enjoy building strong relationships with my team members along the way.
